Can I create a custom cup?
Yes. Just click on the shopping page, then click on create a cup. enter the details then we will reach back out to you.
My order says it was delivered but it is not here.
Once we ship the product(s), we will provide a tracking number. If it has not arrived, you will need to contact USPS to file a claim.
How soon will my order ship?
All pre-made items will be shipped next business day. Orders that are custom made will ship the following business day after items are created.
My order is damaged or incomplete, what should I do?
Please email us and let us know what is damaged/missing and include any photos.
Do you accept return or exchanges?
We do not normally accept returns or exchanges but will work with you on a case by case basis.
